Lead – leadership requires followers not as applicable for “you”. Can address leadership outside of organization but again should somehow translate to greater unit success or your leadership development.
Develop – develop the skills you personally require to be technically and tactically proficient and develop yourself to lead, develop, and achieve at a team level. (practice/train skills)
Intellect – use your knowledge and gain the knowledge to be technically and tactically proficient and develop yourself to lead, develop, and achieve at a team level. (practice/train skills)
Character- moral personal compass
Presence – competence ability to develop lead and achieve
